PET CHARMS - I have made every effort to create a pet charm that is durable. Please keep in mind that this is a piece of jewelry. The life of the charm will be determined by your pets activity level. Remove dog charms while leash training and playing rough with other dogs. Remove horse charm from halter before turn out. * Breakage from rough play or horse play not covered in replacement or refund. The plating on the clasp and wire are not warranted. Wash when needed with soap and water.
REPAIRS - Repairs outside of the 15 days from your order are subject to availability of materials / type of materials and degree of repair. Please email me the problem. I will quote you weather there is a repair fee.
